For nearly two thousand or more years Noni (morina citrifolia) has been used by many for the beneficial properties contained within. Back then, the Polynesians used Noni fruit as a general tonic. Timeless Tips to Slow the Aging Process

Kamau Austin

We all wish that we could turn back time--usually to improve our appearance.

It makes sense to give aging some thought. You cannot die of old age but you can die from the damage that aging does to your body.

Your best chance at slowing the aging process and of fighting death is to look for defense mechanisms to fight damages brought on by aging.

Gerontologists claim that no degenerative process occurs exclusively due to the passage of time. Stress is a major cause of disease and damage.

You cannot escape stress; it is a constant presence in life and if you do not understand and manage it properly, it can cause a lot of damage to your body.

Our body is just like a machine. When it is stressed it starts pumping out adrenaline.

Adrenaline is a body hormone that is responsible for nervousness, anxiety, excitement, and more. This production of adrenaline can be very useful. But when stress levels climb, adrenaline consumes nutrients stored in the body and the body seeks a quick-fix to relieve stress.

The nutrients consumed by adrenaline must be replenished. This is what a lot of anti-stress medicines and techniques try to achieve.

Handling of stress properly can result in a happy life. If, however, stress is unchecked, it can ensnare your whole life.

Stress has a direct correlation to the immune system and can accelerate the aging process. A healthy immune system ensures that our body is fighting and fit.

When the loss of nutrients and the constant production of adrenaline caused by stress begin to affect the immune system, it can result in several diseases.

Stress can transform a healthy human being into a man suffering from coronary disease and mental disorders.

There are several ways to overcome stress:

- Just take a few moments out of every day to nod your head to the music.

- Listen frequently to music that soothes you. Your individual preferences in music determines which types of soothing sounds will best reduce your tension, blood pressure, and promote feelings of tranquility.

- Get enough quality sleep. Sleep has a significant effect on the amount of stress you endure. A lack of sleep can cause mood swings, irritation, and other physical problems.

- There are good anti-stress products available that you should consider. Anxietol 7™ is one such all natural anti-stress product.

The appearance of wrinkles is one aspect of aging that all people dread. However, such dread is unnecessary since wrinkles can be diminished.

Rejuvinol™, a topical alternative to Botox, helps smoothes facial wrinkles. It doesn't have many of the discomfort or risks associated with Botox injections and treatments. Examine and consider using these products and for a more youthful appearance. Anxietol 7™ and Rejuvinol™ are both available at Amazon and http://www.BODeStore.com.

What Are Cataracts And How Do You Prevent Them?

As the population ages, cataracts are becoming a growing health concern. A cataract is a clouding of the eye lens to such an extent that it affects vision. The majority of cataracts develop due to the aging process, and by age 80, more than half of all Americans have them. However, there are also other type of cataracts: secondary cataracts, which form after surgery for other ophthalmic diseases such as glaucoma; traumatic cataracts, which can develop after an eye injury; congenital cataracts; and radiation-inducted cataracts.
