5 Habits That Prevent Premature Wrinkles
Janice Wee
3 things are certain in life. Death, taxes and wrinkles.. ok, there is plastic surgery, botox and old, but leave your skin to its natural means and over the decades, it will age. How quickly it ages, how many wrinkles appear, all that depends on how well you take care of yourself.
5 habits 1. Sleep early every night You get the best, skin and body repairing sleep between 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. The women who age gracefully, who look younger in their twillight years than their peers tend to have that habit of going to bed early every night.
2. Sleep facing the ceiling. If you sleep with one side of your face buried in the pillow, chances are, all that pressure and rubbing against the pillow as you sleep would encourage wrinkles to appear more quickly on that side of your face.
3. Use a sunblo ck lotion at all times. Get one as a moisturizer for your face and another for your body. Damage to your skin from exposure to the UV rays of sun damages your skin. Leading to premature wrinkles before your time.
4. Fake that tan. A tan looks healthy but a real tan is not. You can get that tan glow by using a self tanning lotion instead. This gives your skin that bronzed look without requiring you to expose yourself to the damaging UV rays of the sun.
5. Use good antiaging skincare products Use an effective an ti aging product daily.
If you already do have wrinkles, then there are ways to minimize wrinkles naturally. Like the non surgical face lift or you could try botox every few months. Even with those treatments, common sense prevails. Stick to good habits that help minimize the appearance of further wrinkles.
